Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
oMainly responsible for the development of the Taiwanglass group business.
Explore other customers through B2B platforms, social media, search engines, exhibitions

and other channels.
oHandle customer inquiries, follow up order negotiations, contract , production progress

and logistics arrangements to ensure the smooth execution of orders.

oMaintain customer relationships, tap potential customer needs, and improve customer

satisfaction and repurchase rate.

Be familiar with product knowledge and industry trends, analyze target market trends,
and assist in formulating market promotion strategies.

Coordinate internal company resources, solve customer problems, and handle aftersales disputes. Qualifications: Person who have business connections with Taiwanglass. Fluent in English and Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing , able to
communicate independently with overseas customers.

oProficient in using Office software.

oExcellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
