Our operation in Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) is looking to fill Foreign Exchange Teller positions immediately.

Main Job Purpose:

The Foreign Exchange Teller is responsible for buying and selling foreign currencies and selling additional products to customers, while providing exceptional customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Buy and sell foreign currencies. Provide money transfer services. Up-sell and cross-sell currencies and company products Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and efficient manner. Follow all company and security procedures. Balance the till accurately. Keep the work area clean and tidy. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Skill Required:

High school diploma (required) Counting and adding large numbers in high speed, as well as working with large sums of cash Operating a computer (e.g. Word, Excel, email) Verbal and written communication in English Customer service Working as a team Problem solving Selling and up-selling of products Ability to sit / stand for long periods of time

Knowledge Required

:

Foreign currencies, precious metals, phone cards, and sim cards Banking procedures Anti-Money Laundering Regulations.
The successful candidate will be compensated by hourly wage, performance bonus and commission. Upon successful completion of probation, subject to meeting minimum enrollment requirements, eligible to enroll in benefits plan, which includes extended health and dental, vision care, and RRSP matching plan.
