Job Description

Main Job Purpose:

The Foreign Exchange Teller is responsible for buying and selling foreign currencies and selling additional products to customers, while always providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include buy and sell foreign currencies; up-sell and cross-sell currencies; taking orders online and over the phone; balance till accurately; provide information to customers and perform other duties assigned.

Skill Required:

Counting and adding large numbers in high speed, as well as working with large sums of cash. Operating a computer (e.g. Word, Excel, Email). Verbal and written communication. Customer service. Working as a team. Problem solving. Selling and up-selling of products.
Knowledge Required:

Fluent in English Proficient in Microsoft Office Fast learner and willingness to learn.
We will provide training on bank notes, foreign currencies, and anti-money laundering regulations.

The successful candidate will be compensated by hourly wage, performance bonus and commission. Upon successful completion of probation, subject to meeting minimum enrollment requirements, eligible to enroll in benefits plan, which includes extended health and dental, vision care, and RRSP matching plan. The successful candidate must be eligible to work in Canada.
