Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and food safety standards. Assist in meal preparation and ensure all food handling practices comply with health regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck, including kitchen equipment and utensils. Serve customers with a friendly attitude, taking orders and providing information about menu items. Help manage inventory by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Adhere to all food safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in restaurant or food service settings, is preferred. Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential. Food Safe certification required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. A passion for cooking and meal preparation is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and under pressure A team player with a positive attitude Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and outdoor events
