Washing and chopping vegetables. Cutting, slicing, and grilling meats
Making a variety of sauces
Monitoring food stock and placing orders
Preparing appetizers such as salads and wings
Maintaining a clean cooking station and sterilizing equipment
Training to new hire and supervise them for all the store compliance
Must be capable to resolve any customer complaint with full of politely
Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Work experience as Kitchen Staff or similar role in a restaurant
Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and its maintenance
Understanding of food hygiene, temperature criteria
Good time management skills and punctual personality
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
