Vacancies: 2 vacancies Overview Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 to less than 7 months Responsibilities \xef\x82\xb7 Establish procedures to meet work schedules. \xef\x82\xb7 Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. \xef\x82\xb7 Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures \xef\x82\xb7 Estimate and order ingredients and supplies. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure food service meet quality control standards. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage \xef\x82\xb7 Prepare and submit reports. \xef\x82\xb7 Establish work schedules.
