We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Manager to oversee our food service operations. This role involves managing the daily operations of the food service department, ensuring high standards of food preparation, and maintaining a positive dining experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the food service team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. Oversee food preparation processes to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to maintain adequate supplies. Train, interview, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a collaborative work environment. Develop menus that align with customer preferences while adhering to budgetary constraints. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all aspects of food service. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in bartending or cooking is a plus. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff and guests.
