Your responsibilities will include leading and directing a team of 50 staff through the daily food service operation. You will drive a strong safety culture, you lead your team through strong food quality, satisfaction and guest services. You will leverage your food experience, financial experience working with food as well as budget knowledge.How You\xe2\x80\x99ll Make an Impact:

  • Work in collaboration with client and team to ensure high level of customer satisfaction

QualificationsWhat You\'ll Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Hospitality, Business or Red Seal Chef\'s papers or related food management background
  • 2-5 years of previous branded restaurant management
  • 1-3 years of previous experience working with branded coffee outlet management, concept
  • Ability to implement and execute project plans
  • Demonstrate understanding of and compliance with responsibilities under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, Regulations, and the organizations\xe2\x80\x99 health and safety plans, policies, and procedures.
  • 2-5 years of experience managing staff within busy restaurant setting
