WORKING HOURS: Day shifts/Night shifts

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: (Other duties may be assigned)

- Take customer orders

- Attend to counter customers and drive thru customers with the rest of your team of cashiers

- Pack cold items in bags

- Pack hot items in bags

- Ensure order accuracy

- Operate the Mary Browns app tablet that produces online orders

- Answer questions for customers in regards to the menu

- Maintain clean washrooms

- Maintain a clean dining room

- Provide excellent customer service to our guests

- Communicate effectively with other team members

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to handle, or feel; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee is required to walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

QUALIFICATIONS:

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Must have simple computational skills.

LANGUAGE SKILLS Must have the ability to read, write and speak English. Must be able to communicate clearly.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma preferred Minimum 2-3 years of experience in branded quick service restaurants or restaurant with fast paced service . Solid understanding of Health and Safety standards

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Certified in recognized Safe Food Handling program preferred First Aid certificate preferred WHMIS certificate preferred
