Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team in a fast-paced environment. Duties

Process customer transactions quickly and accurately using the cash register. Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials to assist customers effectively. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the cashier area and dining space. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision. Assist in food handling and preparation as needed, adhering to safety and health regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and order accuracy. Help maintain inventory levels by reporting low stock items to management.

Qualifications

Previous experience in cashiering or food service is preferred but not required. Strong basic math skills to handle transactions efficiently. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. A team player who can help create a positive atmosphere for both customers and staff. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
