Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting with food preparation, serving, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Engage with customers to provide outstanding service Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and standards. Prepare and serve a variety of snacks and beverages with attention to quality and presentation Operate the Point of Sale (POS) systems to process customer orders accurately Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness of prep area, bar area, dining areas, and kitchen equipment. Assist in stocking inventory and managing supplies to ensure smooth operations throughout your shift Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits Handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed and customer orders are processed accurately Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Preparing coffee and beverage orders as needed, enhancing the overall guest experience. Provide support in various roles as needed, including barista duties or hospitality tasks.

Requirements

Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in hospitality is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. A commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Pay: From $17.60 per hour
