We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food & Drink Runner to join our dynamic team. As a Food & Drink Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The opportunity for serving guests will also be an option.

Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Assist servers by communicating guest needs and special requests to the kitchen staff. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food service and address any issues that may arise. Help with cashiering duties as needed, including handling cash transactions accurately. Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain high standards of hygiene in all food handling practices. Provide excellent guest services by responding promptly to inquiries or concerns from patrons.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining a safe dining environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure. A positive attitude and willingness to help others are key attributes for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 - 25 per week
