Job duties:
Produce sandwiches during working hours, using set ingredients. There is a working grill and flat top.
Serve customers in the retail store.
When needed, assist in preparing ingredients for recipe production batches i.e. weigh, measure and gather all ingredients.
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Work in other areas of kitchen operation if scheduling requires i.e. packaging and labelling cooked food, maintain freezer and walk-in cooler inventory.
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Catering experience and/or large batch cooking: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
