Job Description

The Food Prep Assistant is a full time position and will assist Director of the cafe program to do the following:

Assist with ordering, and inventory management of product line ingredients Assist with production and packaging of ingredients for stores (e.g., slicing meats, preparing sauces, fillings etc.) Assist with managing store orders Packing store orders Must be able to lift up to 20kg Must have Deli experience including using a professional meat/cheese slicer Must have customer service experience and be able to effectively communicate Must be food safe certified Must have knife skills to prepare professionally looking fruit platters
A successful candidate must be available to work 5 days a week including weekends and have reliable transportation as driving to pick up products as well as some training in stores as new items launch may be required. Based on the needs of the business start times could be as early as 4 am.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
