We are seeking a dedicated Food Preparation Worker to join our team in a dynamic food service environment. Duties

Assist in preparing ingredients and assembling dishes according to established recipes and standards Handle food safely, adhering to proper sanitation and hygiene practices Support cooking processes by assisting chefs and kitchen staff during meal preparation Serve food to customers or assist in serving areas as needed Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts Follow food safety protocols to ensure quality and safety of all food items Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs Support overall kitchen operations to ensure timely and efficient meal service

Skills

Experience in serving, food preparation, or cooking within a restaurant or food industry setting preferred Strong knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation procedures Ability to perform meal preparation efficiently while maintaining quality standards Good understanding of food service operations and customer service principles Kitchen experience including familiarity with basic cooking techniques is advantageous Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward collaborative work environments
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.05 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
