Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling food preparation and transactions. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing transactions. Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, adhering to sanitation guidelines. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations during food handling and preparation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control. Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain efficient service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food /Pizza service or restaurant settings is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service delivery. Understanding of sanitation practices in a kitchen environment. Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic team setting.
