• Take orders and serve guests with excellent customer service
• Operate cash register to accept various types of tender from guests, provide proper change, balance cash drawer and receipts.
• Complete basic food preparation and operate kitchen equipment to prepare, cook, and assemble a variety of food items (tacos, burritos, fries, etc.)
• Ensure all dishes are prepared/plated in a timely manner by restocking ingredients and meeting prep times to ensure smooth delivery
• Set up and clean the station according to restaurant protocol
• Comply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards
• Open and close the restaurant in an efficient and timely manner
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

• An understanding of cooking methods and procedures, and knife-handling skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks with accuracy/speed
• Ability to remain calm, cool and collected in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to lift up to 55lbs
