Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take customer orders and process payments using a POS system
- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area and food preparation stations
- Follow food safety guidelines and regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or cashiering is preferred but not required
- Strong math skills for cash handling and making change accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for providing exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and food handling procedures is a plus
