Greet, welcome and take customers' orders; receive cash and tenders changes Assist with early guest complaints and notify supervisor/manager on duty immediately Use oven and other equipment to prepare/warm food for the walk-ins or per order of the supervisor/manager Clean work tables, cabinets and appliances, remove trash and empty kitchen garbage containers Clean, unwrap, slice and trim foodstuffs by means of manual and electric appliances Portion, assemble, and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to patrons, and package take-out food Sweep and mop floors, and perform other duties to assist cooking and kitchen staff Maintain sanitation of the restaurant including floors, tables, ledges, and counters Maintain awareness with menu items and special
