We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for taking orders, preparing food items, and ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties
Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for cash handling and transactions.
Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, kitchen, and dining spaces.
Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management.
Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Experience
Previous experience in the food service or food industry is preferred but not required.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
A friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills to interact with customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
