Food & Beverage Server Lead
Job Description
Overview:
We are looking for someone who
- Has experiences working in a fast-paced environment
- Has experiences working in brunch restaurant before
- Can take responsibilities and willing to work early morning shift
As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and delivering food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffees and teas
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Opening & Closing the restaurant
Skills:
- Experience hospitality industry, especially Brunch/Cafe preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer personalities
- Familiarity with food handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 28 - 40 per week
