We're thrilled to be expanding our team at Deerfield Pub, located at the beautiful Glen Arbour Golf Course in Hammonds Plains, and are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Server to join us in delivering exceptional service.



This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a vibrant and supportive setting where every day brings something new. You'll be an essential part of our front-of-house team, providing warm, attentive service and creating memorable dining experiences for members, golfers, and guests alike.

How You'll Spend Your Day

As a Food & Beverage Server at the Deerfield Pub, you'll be part of a passionate team focused on creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests. From welcoming visitors and members with a warm smile to recommending the perfect drink pairing, you'll play a key role in delivering professional and attentive service. Your day-to-day will include:



Greeting guests and members and setting the tone for an enjoyable visit Taking food and beverage orders with accuracy and care using our in-house POS system Making thoughtful recommendations to enhance the guest experience Delivering meals and beverages quickly and efficiently Managing dietary restrictions and special requests Maintaining clean, organized dining spaces and resetting tables for the next guest Processing bills, handling payments, and closing tabs Supporting your teammates in maintaining a smooth and collaborative flow of service

What Will Help You Thrive

You genuinely enjoy connecting with people and making their day You handle busy shifts with confidence and professionalism You notice the small things that elevate a guest's experience You clearly and respectfully communicate with guests, members and colleagues alike You're comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays At least one year in a serving role and a valid Serve Right certification are required

Must be able to stand and walk for long periods Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs Some tasks may require kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting
