aj Mahal Heritage. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and an understanding of Indian cuisine and culture. As a Server, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming dining experience, ensuring guests receive excellent service from start to finish.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide an exceptional dining experience. Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and make recommendations based on guest preferences. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and timing. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service. Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and Indian dishes to assist guests effectively. Process bills, handle payments, and ensure order accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations. Adhere to restaurant policies, hygiene standards, and customer service guidelines.

Skills

Proven experience as a Server or Food & Beverage Attendant (experience in Indian or ethnic restaurants preferred). 1.5-2 year of experience Strong knowledge or interest in Indian cuisine and beverages. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance. Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A diploma or certificate in Hospitality or Restaurant Service is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.70-$27.20 per year
