Vintage Hotels is currently seeking a Full Time Food and Beverage Supervisor to join us at our Inn on the Twenty location! Situated in the heart of Jordan Station, Inn on the Twenty welcomes guests from around the world! If you have a background in hospitality and are looking to take the next step in your career, this may be the perfect opportunity for you! What you\'ll be doing:
- Monitor staff arrival & departure
- Assist servers during peek hours
- Supervise D.R. setup
- Responsible for group billing
- All opening and closing duties
- Ability to resolve guest and team member complaints
- Extensive Food and Wine Knowledge
- To ensure all opening and closing procedures are carried out in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures.
- To ensure all equipment in the department is correctly used, maintained and properly stored and is always kept clean, that inventory preparation is carried out and ensuring department is running efficiently.
- To be responsible for any monetary transactions during shift.
- All other duties as assigned.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Reliable transportation to Jordan Station
- Excellent communication and a strong ability to handle guest complaints
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
