Supervise day to day events to ensure quality of customer service is being met. o Supervise Employees and delegate tasks necessary to successfully execute events. o Inventory and order management. o Set-up and tear down of events. o Participate in team meeting while giving input on how to improve logistics and services. o Communicate with the culinary team to ensure success of events. o Communicate and report to the Food and Beverage Manager and Assistant Manager. o Engage with clients during events to ensure the success of their events. o Submit scheduling suggestions to direct supervisors. o Control labor during events by ensuring we aren't over or understaffed. o Prepare end of event reports as described by direct supervisors. o Work with building operations team to ensure clear communication of events.
