Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences.

Our Menu consists of: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Dessert, Milkshakes

Restaurant Seating Capacity: 50 inside and 2 outdoor patios seating for additional 50.

We have 2 restaurants in 1 building. We have a Takeout Pizza shop and Rice Bowl, and Smoothies.

Open 7 Days a Week.

Staff is able to earn a lot of tips $$

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong background in food service, ensuring that every guest receives top-notch service. This role is perfect for individuals with fine dining experience, as well as those who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, aiming for complete satisfaction. Support banquet services by setting up and breaking down event spaces as required. Must be willing to cross-train in the kitchen and assist accordingly.

Requirements

Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively. Familiarity with dietary restrictions and the ability to accommodate special requests is beneficial. Barista experience or knowledge of beverage preparation is an advantage. Base Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
