Duties

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in the setup and breakdown of food service areas before and after service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all customers. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Handle cash transactions accurately when required. Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages.

Skills

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, showcasing familiarity with food service operations. Strong background in the food industry, with an understanding of food handling practices. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Experience in serving food in a high-volume setting is advantageous. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards is essential. Barista experience is a plus for those interested in beverage service within our establishment. A hospitality mindset that prioritizes guest satisfaction at all times. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
