Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest services while ensuring that food safety and sanitation standards are met. You will play a crucial part in creating a welcoming environment for our customers, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.

Duties

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and portion sizes. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, kitchen equipment, and dining spaces. Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and rotating products. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Engage with guests to provide exceptional service, including upselling menu items when appropriate. Follow food handling guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of all food products. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently during peak hours.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in English and Hindi, preferred Telugu speaking Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory. Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $17.48-$20.00 per hour
