Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Worker to join our team at Koto in Victoria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring high standards of food service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly. Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring quality and freshness. Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and storage. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately when required. Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge of menu items.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed.

Pay: From $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
