Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team (evenings only). The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. This role involves various responsibilities, including order taking, serving, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.

Duties

Serve food items according to established standards. Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing their needs. Assist in the setup and breakdown of food service areas before and after service. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment. Handle food items safely, adhering to all health regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Perform barista duties as needed, including preparing coffee and specialty beverages. Presenting bills and collecting payments.

Experience

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations is essential. Customer service experience in a hospitality setting is highly valued. Experience in food preparation or serving roles will be beneficial. Pay: From $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 25 per week
