Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all food safety standards are met while delivering high-quality dining experiences. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Assist with banquet and catering events, ensuring timely setup and breakdown of food service areas. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen facilities. Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of guests. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Handle cash transactions accurately when required, maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Support dietary aide functions as needed, accommodating special dietary requests from guests.

Qualifications

Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant settings is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Experience in food preparation, catering, or banquet services is a plus. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Barista experience is an advantage for roles involving beverage service. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are required. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. Pay: $17.50-$24.00 per hour
