Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong background in the food and beverage industry. As a server, or bartender you will be responsible for crafting delicious drinks, maintaining a clean area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and responding to their needs Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floor area. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations Manage inventory levels of FOH and communicate needs to management Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math calculations for change

Qualifications

Previous bartending or restaurant experience is preferred Familiarity with Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for cash handling and drink preparation measurements Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.25 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
