Duties

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Assist customers with their orders, providing excellent customer service at all times. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining areas. Handle food products safely and efficiently, adhering to proper food handling guidelines. Support bartending activities as needed, ensuring drinks are prepared accurately and served promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
