Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting in food preparation and serving. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a positive dining experience. Ideal candidates will have experience in the restaurant or food industry, possess strong customer service skills, and demonstrate a commitment to food safety and quality.

Duties

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas Assist with food handling and ensure compliance with food safety regulations Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours Perform inventory checks and assist in restocking supplies as needed Support barista duties, including preparing coffee and specialty beverages (if applicable)

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience or background in the food industry is preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in serving or hospitality roles is a plus Barista experience is desirable for those interested in beverage preparation Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
