Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. Duties

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Assist in food handling, ensuring all items are stored properly and within safety guidelines. Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including ovens, grills, and dishwashers. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Follow all health regulations and company policies regarding food safety.

Skills

Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of food service operations. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling practices. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests. Experience as a barista or in hospitality is a plus, enhancing the overall customer experience. Strong attention to detail, particularly in maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service. A team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues effectively.
