We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in both fine dining and nightlife environments. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional service to our guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices. Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and cash handling. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders, making recommendations, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events such as banquets or catering functions. Uphold all health and safety regulations related to food service and alcohol consumption.

Experience

Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or other point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions. Experience in fine dining, catering, or banquet services is a plus. A background in brewing or retail math can enhance your application.
