Excellent customer service skills such as friendly greeting, order taking, basic suggestive selling and upselling skills and ringing ability, handling customer complain, assisting patrons with all kind of bill payments. One should be knowing basic software handling and should be able to work fast-paced environment and a positive attitude towards co- worker and at every situation. Serve it right certificate is mandatory.
