Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. You will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness in the dining area, and contribute to a positive dining experience for all guests.

Duties

Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces. Assist customers with their orders, providing friendly and efficient service. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed. Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Willingness to assist team members and help where needed, including bartending or additional food preparation tasks as required. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
