We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of our menu offerings. Your ability to upsell and provide recommendations will enhance the overall dining experience while contributing to the restaurant's success.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing detailed information about menu items. Upsell additional items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and sanitation standards are met. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions. Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns, providing assistance as needed to enhance their experience.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude with a willingness to help others, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the restaurant's schedule.
