Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing excellent service and ensuring that our food preparation and handling meet the highest standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment where hospitality and teamwork are essential to delivering quality meals to our customers.

Duties

Assist in food preparation, including washing, chopping, and cooking ingredients as directed. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to proper food handling procedures. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food, and handling transactions at the cashier station. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed. Follow recipes accurately to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.

Qualifications

Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating order totals. Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and coworkers. Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations and food service.

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
