We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items in accordance with health and safety regulations. Operate POS systems for processing transactions efficiently. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food preparation surfaces and equipment. Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience through effective upselling techniques. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Skills

Proficient in cashiering and handling cash transactions accurately. Experience in food service or the food industry is highly desirable. Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards. Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with health regulations. Familiarity with upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.
