Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Assist customers with their orders, providing excellent customer service at all times. Handle food safely, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to food preparation and customer service.

Skills

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in food service roles. Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Experience in serving food and beverages, including barista experience, is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
