Duties

Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and portion sizes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as necessary Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours Handle cash transactions accurately when required

Requirements

Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively Knowledge of food handling and safety practices Experience in food preparation and serving techniques Barista experience is a plus for those interested in beverage service A background in hospitality is beneficial for enhancing guest experiences Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed
