Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including kitchens and dining spaces. Assist customers with their orders, providing friendly and efficient service. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including ovens, grills, and coffee machines (barista experience is a plus). Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately when required. Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Experience in serving, food preparation, or hospitality is highly desirable. Barista experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
