Duties Include (but are not limited to):
Consistently provide professional, friendly, and attentive service to ensure memorable dining experiences that exceed guest expectations,
Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly, ensuring all items are served according to company guidelines,
Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring orders are correct and meet service expectations.
Maintain full knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special promotions,
Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction,
Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate to management when necessary,
Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring it aligns with company cleanliness standards,
Prepare tables for new guests by cleaning and resetting as per restaurant policies,
Operate all restaurant equipment safely and efficiently, following operational guidelines,
Follow all safety, sanitation, and security procedures at all times, especially when handling food and beverages,
Collaborate with fellow team members to provide seamless service and ensure guest satisfaction,
Perform other duties as assigned to support restaurant operations.
Ideal Candidate/Job Requirements:
Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems is an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional service.
Ability to walk and stand throughout the shift, occasionally lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs., and frequently bending, kneeling, and moving quickly to meet guest needs.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to stay motivated during busy shifts.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Proficient in the English language; a second language is an asset.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Flexible with working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
