Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and friendly Beverage Server to join our team. As a Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our beverage service. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in bartending, food service, and hospitality. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and take their orders promptly and accurately - Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks - Provide recommendations on beverage selections based on customer preferences - Ensure all beverages are prepared according to established recipes and quality standards - Handle cash transactions and process payments using POS systems - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station and work area - Assist with food preparation and handling as needed - Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints Skills: - Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred - Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and recipes - Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Basic math skills for cash handling purposes - Familiarity with food safety regulations Join our team as a Beverage Server and enjoy a dynamic work environment in the food industry.
