Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving food in a fast-paced environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a positive dining experience by maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and guidelines. Ensure all food handling procedures are followed to maintain safety and sanitation standards. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately. Assist with the setup and breakdown of food service areas, including dining areas and kitchens. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment through regular sanitization practices. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Follow all health regulations and company policies regarding food safety and sanitation.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Strong math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy. Excellent guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
