Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a fine dining environment. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a memorable dining experience through attentive service, food preparation, and adherence to food safety standards. Ideal candidates will have a background in the food industry, with skills in customer service, serving, and food handling.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages to guests while ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to safety and hygiene regulations. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and serving stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Provide information about menu items and specials to enhance guest experience. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Support banquet operations by assisting with setup, service, and breakdown as necessary.

Requirements

Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in serving, catering, or banquet operations is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills; ability to work well within a team setting. Barista experience is a plus for those interested in beverage service. A background in hospitality or dietary aide experience is advantageous but not required.
