Summary
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Food and Beverage Supervisor - Banquets Join our Food and Beverage Team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor. This is an exciting role, which will involve engaging and providing services to our guests through our Food and Beverage Operations which include our event spaces, restaurant Thomsons Kitchen/Bar, room service and our coffee shop Bakers. What is expected of me in this role?

  • Experience and understanding of Food and Beverage operations including banquet events, restaurant dining and room service
  • Coordinate and supervise banquet functions by preparing and organizing meeting and event spaces
  • Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of our restaurant Thomsons Kitchen/Bar
  • Assist with report generation, scheduling, payroll and inventory management as required
  • Collaboration of tasks with other departments and delegation of tasks to colleagues
  • Flexible schedule and shift pattern based upon hotel business needs
  • At times may be required to lift a moderate amount of weight
  • Valid work authorization for Canada
Qualifications
  • Valid Proserve certification is required
