Position:

FOH Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:



Oversee the daily operations of our front-of-house team, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every guest who walks through our doors Work with the General Manager to lead & mentor a team of front-of-house staff. Set clear expectations, provide ongoing training, and inspire team members to excel in their roles Ensure a consistently high level of guest satisfaction by overseeing all aspects of FOH operations. Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally Manage daily operations, including opening & closing procedures. Coordinate with the bakery team to maintain smooth service Preparing quality beverages for guests, in a timely manner and following set recipes and procedures Continuously train and develop FOH staff to enhance their knowledge and skills, fostering a culture of professionalism and exceptional service Maintaining our environment by upholding optimal setup, ensuring cleanliness and organization Collaborate with the team to plan and execute daily tasks procedures efficiently Monitor inventory and inform the management about product needs General knowledge of store POS system and credit/debit machine, and handling cash responsibly

Requirements:



Proven experience in a leadership role within a cafe or barista setting Previous customer service experience Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Leadership and team-building skills to motivate and manage a diverse team Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Attention to detail and a passion for creating beverages and serving baked goods A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Intermediate level of French
